Getting Here

By Road

Corwen is easily accessible as it sits on the A5.

From Llangollen, stay on the A5 and follow the signs to Betws Y Coed. You will go through Glyndyfrdwy and Llidiart Y Parc before arriving in Corwen. Corwen is about ten miles from Llangollen.

From Birmingham take the M6, exiting at junction 10A onto the M54. Follow the M54 until it turns into the A5. Stay on the A5 into North Wales, then continue as above when you get to Llangollen.

From Manchester take the M56, then go onto the M53 following the signs to Chester. Take the A55 around Chester and then join the A483 following the signs to Wrexham. Stay on the A483 past Wrexham until you get see signs for Llangollen which you then follow.

Once into Corwen, get to the main town car park by turning right at the Statue of Owain Glyndwr into Green Lane. Park in the main car park. The Walking Festival check-in will be in the Sports Pavilion on the War Memorial Park, again, follow the posted signs or look for a red-shirted greeter!
