9bar is made in Corwen and we are very pleased that every participant in the Walking Festival will receive a FREE 9bar.

9bar is a great all-round snack

Ideal for when you are on the go, fancy a snack, need an energy boost or just want to indulge. Why fill up with empty calories when you can get a nutritional boost in such a wholesome, tasty and satisfying way?

Every 9bar is made with a unique blend of wholesome seeds including sunflower, pumpkin, poppy, sesame and hemp, and in a couple of our bars we also add delicious nuts such as cashews, pistachios and peanuts.

Seeds and nuts are nutritionally dense foods containing a wide range of nutrients including minerals, vitamins and essential fatty acids like Omega 3. Hemp seed, the 9bar star ingredient, actually contains all 20 amino acids including the 9 that are essential building blocks for good health – the clue is in the name!

Approved by both the Vegetarian and Coeliac Societies

9bar is handmade in our craft bakery in Corwen, Wales using natural ingredients so it’s full of good stuff and it’s also worth pointing out what 9bar doesn’t contain. 9bar is Free From wheat, gluten, yeast and egg, ideal for those with specific allergies or dietary requirements and contains no trans fats, artificial additives, preservatives or colours.
